WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Collections Representative at Concentrix, you will : Collect delinquent payments from customers via phone pay, web payment, and mail, while adhering to regulatory requirements. Negotiate payment solutions on delinquent accounts when the customer cannot make an immediate payment. Provide superior customer experience to both external and internal customers with phone courtesy providing appropriate follow-up, ensuring a consultative collections approach is taken. Ability to offer short- and long-term solutions to customers. Ability to offer payment arrangements to customers. Provide consultative collections experience to customers. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include : Must be 18 years of age. College student or graduate preferred, High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year of experience each in general business, collections and customer service required. Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. In this role, you’ll also be provided with : The base salary range for this position is $18.50 - $23.13 / hr., (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
