Sloan's Motorcycle & ATV is an established, well known, powersports dealership located in Murfreesboro, TN. We have an immediate need for an experienced, full-time Parts Sales Professional.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Powersports Parts Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and powersports equipment and is eager to build a career in the powersports industry. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on personal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles.
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Manage special orders, follow up on backorders, and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area and display.
• Develop strong product knowledge across multiple powersports brands and systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
