Job Description Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a End-User System Engineer to join our team.

The engineer will provide comprehensive IT systems maintenance support, encompassing both preventative measures and remedial actions to ensure optimal functionality.

The engineer will also prepare detailed hardware specifications by thoroughly analyzing both documented and derived system requirements.   Duties   Configure computers, network devices, and peripheral equipment, and document configurations for troubleshooting and future references Prepare detailed site installation and test reports to ensure quality assurance and track deployment activities Provide input on system hardware design, including end-user devices, servers, networking gear, storage systems, and specialized processors Assist the Technical Operations Manager by preparing recurring operational and performance reports Support the development and upkeep of Technical Insertions documentation to track system upgrades and integrations Coordinate service improvement initiatives and research OEM / vendor products to recommend effective solutions to stakeholders Qualifications Required education and experience :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience analyzing complex hardware systems for IT solutions Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems) required; five additional years of experience may substitute for a degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership capabilities in technical environments Required Clearance   TS / SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph  Working Environment  Onsite Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Dobbs Defense Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
