Our client is a nonprofit in Manhattan seeking a
- Director of Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace policies.
- Lead independent investigations into employee concerns, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Recommend next steps to leadership based on investigation results, up to recommendation / advisement of termination.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and data to improve policies and practices.
- Partner with senior leadership and legal counsel on responses to EEOC and NY Division of Human Rights.
- Manage special projects as assigned by senior HR leadership
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
