Mechanical Technician (Level 2)

Job Description :

Position Purpose : Provide technical support to national accounts, distributors and end users. Provide hands-on technical solutions that fulfill the clients requirements. As a Service Technician 2, you are responsible for maintenance and repairs on various electromechanical packaging and dispensing equipment. You will have ownership of all customer problems and / or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and / or in compliance with agreed upon Service Agreements.

This position is required to be knowledgeable with our products, features, functionalities, capabilities, and distribution channels and be capable of effectively communicating our values to our customers.

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, service tasks and conduct product demonstrations when required. Provide maintenance support and training to in-house maintenance staff.
• Build relationships with back of house contact and gather feedback.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise where applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned
