Your role in our mission

• Perform standard, recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assigned work processes.
• Develop understanding of the client's business and apply knowledge to support efficient procedures and adherence to service level agreements. Contribute to problem identification and resolution.
• Interpret, audit, and reconcile reports for accuracy or completeness. Prepare and maintain standard reports for management and clients.
• Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines. Adhere to existing security policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret and evaluate information effectively.
• Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This helps evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

What you should expect in this role

• Work Environment: This is an onsite position in Rochester Hills, MI. No remote or hybrid options are available.
• Schedule: Work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm EST.
• Interview: Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation.
