Real Estate Risk Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Brokerage Risk & Dispute Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of escalation for complex brokerage and transaction-related issues

Investigate complaints to determine root causes and recommend solutions

Manage commission disputes and act as a liaison between Brokerage, Legal, and Compliance teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in residential real estate brokerage, including leadership or compliance roles

Active real estate broker license strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Proven success in resolving complex disputes with professionalism

Deep understanding of real estate contracts and brokerage risk exposure
