Janitorial

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium’s common areas and grounds. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine, periodic, and occasional maintenance-related tasks according to established standards.

• Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms
  

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
  

• Empty trash and recycling bins, including trash cans throughout the property, and properly dispose of waste
  

• Maintain overall property cleanliness, including monitoring for debris, litter, or unsanitary conditions
  

• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas
  

• Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness centers, and amenities
  

• Fill and restock bathroom supplies such as paper products, soap, and other necessities
  

• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products
  

• Conduct routine checks of the property and report violations, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff
  

• Perform light exterior cleaning such as entryways, walkways, trash areas, and surrounding grounds
  

• Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks, including setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for events
  

• Occasionally perform miscellaneous property support tasks such as installing mailboxes, removing roadkill, replacing low-voltage landscape lighting, or assisting with minor exterior upkeep
  

• Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
