Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotels facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure top-notch operational performance.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and address maintenance problems efficiently to minimize downtime and guest / staff disruption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to promptly address maintenance needs.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to emergencies, including power outages, plumbing issues, and HVAC malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to prevent problems before they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
• Demonstrate adaptability by handling various tasks with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and strive for excellence in every task.
