If you have a passion for teaching and nurturing infants and toddlers, Precious Little One Child Care Center Inc. is looking for a dedicated Lead Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team in Dallas, GA 30157. We offer full-time, part-time, before / after-school child care service, and summer camp for children ages six weeks up to twelve years old. Our goal is to create a relaxed, trusting, and caring atmosphere where children can explore their interests, build friendships, and develop confidence, independence, and respect for themselves and others. We also focus on supporting our families and staff to ensure a rewarding experience for everyone. Daily Responsibilities : Implement small group instruction for infants and toddlers Conduct parent conferences to discuss child's progress Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe learning environment Collaborate with team members on curriculum planning Required Skills : Experience in NAEYC standards and guidelines Strong instructional strategies for early childhood education Ability to conduct effective parent conferences Knowledge of child development and behavior management Experience in curriculum planning and individualized education programs Nice to Have Skills : Background in special education and working with special needs children Experience in curriculum development and music education First aid certification Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $28,000.00 Maximum Salary : $32,000.00 401(k) benefits Company Information : We offer full-time, part-time, before / after-school child care service, and summer camp for children ages six weeks up to twelve years old.
