CNC machine shop supervisor

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing Manufacturing company seeking a CNC machine shop supervisor.

Quick hire and great compensation package.

• 5+ years of experience in a CNC machining environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding programming, tooling, and setup processes.
• Hands-on experience with CNC mills, lathes, and / or multi-axis machines.
• Solid understanding of reading blueprints.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
