The Opportunity : The Senior Production Manager, Web will lead the strategic execution and optimization of web experiences across marketing and medical domains. This role ensures seamless delivery of website and mobile app initiatives and aligns digital strategies with business objectives. This individual will also stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance channel / program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Who You Are : Minimum Candidate Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 years in campaign operations, marketing production, or omnichannel execution, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality business outcomes on time. Significant experience managing end-to-end omnichannel or multichannel program / campaign execution, including the integration of digital and offline channels. Advanced project management skills with a strong ability to lead operational delivery and ensure optimal resource utilization. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders. Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards. Proven ability to work independently and take calculated risks to fail fast, iterate, and improve. Strong leadership abilities, with experience in coaching and inspiring team members (direct or indirect).
Additional Desired Candidate Qualifications & Experience : Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management. Proven experience activating above-campaign initiatives into channel experiences and managing product or campaign optimization pilots. Expertise in managing automated production and publishing processes, with proficiency in workflow and publishing systems. Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools such as workflow, campaign automation, CRM, etc. Advanced proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with SEO and web analytics platforms. Location : This position is based in South San Francisco, CA, however a remote work option will be considered for US candidates who live outside of the Bay Area.
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $138,810 and $256,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
