We're offering a competitive salary of $88,000-$109,000 per year depending on experience , plus enticing benefits like :

THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION

Where & When You'll Work : This is a full-time, on-site position in Portland, OR. Your typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, but flexibility is key to keeping operations running smoothly.

Your Role : As an Operations Supervisor, you take charge of ensuring seamless operations across our residential, commercial, and new construction divisions. You work closely with department heads to remove bottlenecks, drive efficiency, and boost profitability. Whether it's streamlining workflows, optimizing warehouse logistics, ensuring OSHA compliance, or managing union agreements, your leadership keeps everything running smoothly. You also mentor teams, ensuring every department aligns with company goals.

What It Takes to Join Our Team :

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, ideally in plumbing, construction, or HVAC
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing department profitability
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, workplace safety, and union labor agreements
  • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, Service Titan, and Google Business Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform all of the physical requirements of the job
  • Willingness to obtain a CCB and other relevant licenses
  • Plumbing knowledge is required
  • Must know plumbing code, materials, tools, and processes
