Family Partner - Family-Based Intensive Treatment

Provides consistent, structured one-to-one support to parents, caregivers, or guardians of youth with emotional and behavioral health needs as part of the FIT (Family-Based Intensive Treatment) team to improve the capacity of the parent, caregiver, or guardian to parent the youth to improve the youth's functioning, support the youth in the community, or assist the youth in returning to the community.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Engages parent, caregiver, or guardian in activities in the home and community to :

Address one or more goals on the youth's treatment plan

Educating, supporting, coaching, modeling, and / or guiding

Qualifications, Experience And Education

High school diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HISET) and a minimum of two years of experience with children / adolescents / transition-age youth
