You will be actively involved in specialized care areas such as Cardiology and Oncology, and we regularly utilize modalities like Ultrasound and Laser treatment. Our dedication to a diverse caseload, spanning small animal patients and Reptiles, ensures that your days are varied and professionally stimulating, supported by dedicated Urgent Care capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced and strategic hospital leader with a proven ability to drive operational and cultural success

• Deep understanding of veterinary workflow, client service excellence, and team development

• Someone who can confidently step into a high-responsibility role and make an immediate impact

• Veterinary management experience highly preferred

• CVPM certification is a plus

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
