Travel Pharmacist - $3,500 per week

Source Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Schofield, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Pharmacist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Monday-Friday 06-1430 shift - central x1; 0730-1600 decentral / clinical shift x2; 1200-2030 and 1330-2200 PM shifts in the pharmacy. Holidays and weekends one AM shift 06-1600 and 1330-2200.

• Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, WI License (Preferred : BCPS)
