Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements and specifications. Track project milestones and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and apply effective mitigation strategies. Maintain comprehensive project records, including financial plans and timelines. Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and safety protocols. Facilitate project meetings and promote clear, consistent communication across teams. Assess project outcomes and introduce process improvements for future initiatives.
