Direct Hire | $100,000–$125,000 + Car + Bonuses

We are seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex steel fabrication projects—from engineering review through production, delivery, and on-site erection. The company is a long-established fabricator serving commercial, industrial, civic, cultural, and data center markets, offering stable workload, growth opportunity, and a strong backlog of large-scale structural projects.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Direct structural steel project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Proven ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate specifications into fabrication and field execution.
• Skilled at managing production schedules, coordinating delivery and erection, and maintaining progress under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated success resolving field and design issues, managing RFIs and change orders, and maintaining project scope and profitability.
• Experienced in job costing, contract documentation, and budget tracking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
