What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity within the location. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing security-related duties. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
