Key Responsibilities :
As an Operating Partner, you will :
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values and goalsCoach, train, and mentor managers and team leaders to foster growth and accountabilityOversee restaurant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-ready environmentDrive financial performance through budget management, expense control, and sales growthRecruit, hire, and retain top talent, building a strong, engaged teamImplement high-impact customer service strategies to elevate the guest experienceMonitor key operational metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive successExecute strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Area ManagerWhat We’re Looking For :
3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environmentProven ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performance teamStrong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor, and operationsAbility to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and drive resultsHands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service and employee engagementProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferredFood Safety & Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain)Working Conditions & Travel :
