Beds : 17 total (12 postpartum, 5 birthing suites)

Onsite Labs & Ultrasound : Yes

Delivery Volume : 746 total deliveries last year

Nursery Level : II (avg.

Documentation / EMR : Epic

Support : Midwives take call & deliver own patients

C-Section Volume : Low

Required Procedures / Duties

Routine Vaginal Delivery, Low Forceps

Decision-Making for C-Section

Complicated Deliveries (C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.)

VBACs

Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

Estimated Credentialing : ~30 Days

Submission Requirements

Board Certified – Required

Active Kentucky License – Required (IMLC accepted)

BLS – Required

Active DEA – Required

COVID Vaccination – Preferred
