This position supports payroll and benefits administration, maintains HR data integrity, and assists with compliance reporting.
Schedule :
- Monday – Friday, Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location : Fairfax, VA Essential Functions Maintain and update employee time and attendance data in ADP; reconcile timecards for accuracy prior to payroll.
- Review and approve employee status changes (hires, terminations, pay changes, transfers, promotions) in ADP.
- Manage PTO policy allocations and ensure accurate setup, accruals, and reconciliations per FRC policy.
- Review and reconcile 401(k) contributions and loan deductions between ADP and provider reports.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing , reviewing timecards and verifying employee data.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing during absences or high-volume periods.
- Audit HRIS data for accuracy, including department and location coding.
- Track FMLA and third-party sick pay claims ; ensure proper coding and documentation.
- Generate time and leave reports for managers and support compliance audits and reconciliations.
- Partner with HR and Benefits teams to reconcile payroll deductions and reimbursements.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all federal and state laws, including HIPAA .
- Requirements High school diploma plus business coursework required; college degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in payroll or HR data administration.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance modules highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
