As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient commissary environment that supports multiple Wolfgang Puck Catering locations across the Dallas area. You'll lead a small team of dishwashers and stewarding staff while assisting the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, equipment care, and overall facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise 58 team members, primarily dishwashers and stewarding staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Oversee janitorial and subcontractor services including mail operations, shipping&receiving, and groundskeeping.
• Support daily facilities operations, including equipment maintenance, specialty cleaning, and glass washing.
• Communicate effectively across multiple shifts to ensure task completion and consistency.
• Manage moves, additions, and changes within the facility as needed.
• Assist with administrative functions such as invoice management, supply ordering, and pricing.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support commissary operations.
