Benefit Program Administrator
Responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of all benefit programs. Answers inquiries related to all aspects of employee benefit programs and Human Resource policies. Responds to questions and documents information into the designated system. Interprets and communicates the benefit plans and programs and HR policies and procedures to employees. Provides SME support and education to Benefit COE and the AskHR team. Establishes workflows and drives processes and information. Supports Benefit Enrollment Process, in addition to working with vendors. Leads and directs the work of others.
