Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and report any irregularities or suspicious activities within the food and beverage facility. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Document and communicate security-related incidents and / or concerns to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required. Assist with enforcing site rules and regulations to help to maintain order within the location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
