Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an Events Manager to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Duties :
- Support planning and execution of corporate and government-focused events, including development of event plans, calendars, budgets, and tracking tools
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution
- Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration, shipping, on-site support, and post-event reconciliation
- Create and manage Salesforce campaigns to track leads, contacts, and ROI
- Ensure data accuracy and integration with Sales and Marketing Operations
- Maintain brand consistency across creative assets and event materials
- Assist with reviews, approvals, and productions
- Monitor event budgets, initiate POs, track invoices, reconcile expenses, and support quarterly / annual reporting on ROI and budget utilization
- Develop trackers, dashboards, and performance summaries using Microsoft Excel and shared project management tools
- Draft and distribute internal communications, maintain reporting tools, and compile post-event recaps highlighting key metrics and outcomes
- Support cost optimization through vendor evaluation and process efficiencies

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
