What does a Corporate Inside Sales Specialist do?

As a Corporate Inside Sales Specialist at Rexco Equipment, Inc., your success will be measured by your ability to delight customers and enhance relationships. You'll expertly handle post-invoice check-ins, ensuring swift resolution of issues and boosting customer satisfaction. Your proactive engagement with declining accounts will be key, as you diagnose spending drops and initiate actionable next steps-like scheduling appointments or requesting quotes-to win back their loyalty. You'll maintain professional discipline by keeping detailed records in our CRM, tracking outcomes, and producing insights on customer challenges and opportunities. Your decision-making skills will shine as you escalate issues to branch leadership and set appointments for outside reps, all while contributing to a high-performance culture.
