Branch Manager in Training, 50-55k, must be open to relocation in the District

Carhop Manager Position

CarHop is a growing, nationwide, auto sales & finance company with a "can do" attitude. We believe in work life balance, training, developing, and promoting our teams from within. Manager will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location. The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.

Manager Benefits :

• Great starting salary $50-55k, additional earning potential with quarterly performance-based bonus once you get your own store!
• Great work / life balance - 2 days off per week- Branches are open less than 50 hours per week nationwide.
• Locations close at 6 : 00pm weekdays, 5 : 00 pm Saturdays, & closed on Sundays.
