The Department of Family Medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to step into a leadership role within our established, mid-sized group of physicians, nurse practitioners, and residents. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical care, teaching, and leadership within a highly respected academic medical center.

The incoming physician will practice at the thriving Township 5 Family Medicine practice, affiliated with Upstate Medical University and designed around the private practice model—with the added benefits of state employment and academic medicine.

Position Highlights

• Dual Leadership Opportunities - Serve as Associate Program Director for our Family Medicine Residency and / or as Medical Director for Family Medicine services.
• Academic Title - Faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level with SUNY Upstate.
