The Animal Emergency & Referral Associates in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking passionate and experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisors to lead and support our dedicated team!

Founded in 1977 by a visionary team of veterinarians, the Animal Emergency Group was created to meet the growing demand for specialized around-the-clock emergency care for pets. Position Overview :

The purpose of this position is to ensure quality and efficiency within the Technician Department so we may continue to provide excellent patient care. The Veterinary Technician Supervisor is the direct support between the doctors, hospital management, and nursing staff. They will be responsible for scheduling, employee performance, direct feedback, and training within their department. The Veterinary Technician Supervisor must maintain very high standards of culture, professionalism, accountability, while having the ability to communicate well with coworkers and management to ensure overall accuracy and satisfaction.

Compensation :

• $33-$42 based on skill level / experience

Anticipated Schedule :

4x10 hour shifts
