Practice Overview You'll join a well-established surgical team at a respected critical-access hospital 2-3 clinic days and 2 days of blocked OR time weekly, with offices closing at noon on Fridays Call is 1 : 3, up to 10 days / month, with additional days compensated Surgical cases span general orthopedics; robotic platform in development Schedule 4.5-day workweek with flexible structure for clinic and OR time Clinic volume averages 15-20 patients / day Fridays end at noon to support work-life balance Call shared evenly with two other orthopedic surgeons Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus and relocation support $1,600 / month housing stipend for the first year 31 days of PTO and full medical benefits Student loan reimbursement available; malpractice coverage provided Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Eligible for Montana medical license and DEA registration Comfort with general orthopedic procedures; interest in rural practice preferred Community & Location Highlights Family-friendly town with excellent schools and strong community ties Endless outdoor recreation : hiking, fishing, hunting, and national parks No state sales tax and cost of living 6.5% below the national average Regional airport and major retail within an hour's drive Contact us to see how this opportunity can help you build a rewarding practice with a balanced life!
