DX with Light IR Radiology Locum in Western CO (Grand Junction)

Opportunity Details

A hospital in western Colorado has an opening for a Radiologist to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Details :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

No call

DX + Light IR - Modalities : CT, Ultrasound (US), Nuclear Medicine (NM), X-ray, DEXA, MRI

Procedures : Light Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, drainages, fluoroscopy, barium studies, epidural injections, and CT-guided cases

Volume : 150-170 cases per day, split between two radiologists

30 CTs

60-70 X-rays

20 DEXA scans per week

10 general Nuclear Medicine and PET scans per week

2-5 procedures per day

Systems : PACS : Fuji Synapse

Dictation : Powerscribe

Must be board-certified
