We are urgently seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a respected non-profit in Inglewood. This is a full-time onsite role with immediate start and high potential to convert from temp to permanent.

Your Responsibilities

Handle full AR cycle : payment application, reconciliation, compliance

Approve and monitor ACH and cash payments

Review AR entries for accuracy

Reconcile subledgers and quickly resolve discrepancies

Support process improvements and financial reporting

What You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

At least 3 years AR or general ledger experience

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

NetSuite experience is a plus

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and team player
