Role Description

This is a contract role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Hamburg, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing behavior management and psychological services. The role also includes parent education and training to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.

Qualifications

Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills

Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management

Background in Psychology

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
