Welders Needed in Ashland City, TN!

Job Description

This role involves MIG, TIG, and stick welding while reading and interpreting blueprints. You will be part of a team working under a supervisor to ensure quality and safety in all welding projects.

Pay : $21.30hr

Shift : Mon - Fri (3 : 15pm-12 : 45am)

Responsibilities

• Perform flux core welding on mild steel to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret and work from blueprints accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.

Work Environment

This role requires working in an outdoor environment which can be very hot. Safety gear such as steel toe ankle-high leather boots, long sleeves, and pants are required. Due to the nature of the work, wearing contacts is discouraged. You will be working on either the 1st shift from 6 am to 3 : 30 pm or the 2nd shift from 3 : 15 pm to 12 : 45 am, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30 / hr.
