Moving and Storage driving job requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy furniture. Responsibilities include driving a moving truck, safely loading and unloading items for residential and commercial customers, and maintaining professionalism. The job involves physical work as part of a team, and some positions may offer benefits like paid time off and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving : Operate a moving truck to transport belongings and materials between locations.
- Loading & Unloading : Pack, load, and unload furniture and household goods safely and efficiently from the truck.
- Customer Service : Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork : Work collaboratively with a crew to ensure smooth and timely moves.
- Vehicle Maintenance : Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the safe operation of the truck.
