Job Title : Physical Therapist

Pay Rate : $60 / hour

Location : Mebane, NC

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (No overtime or on-call)

Mileage : $0.41 per mile

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of patients by delivering personalized evaluation and treatment services. You will work in accordance with physician directives and established clinical standards to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions tailored to physician referrals and individual patient needs.
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and review medical records to understand patient diagnoses, histories, and safety considerations.
• Create specific, measurable goals and individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional abilities.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Engage in effective communication with physicians, patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to discuss treatment progress and outcomes.
• Advise on and assist with adaptive or assistive devices to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Ensure adherence to all documentation, billing, and reporting standards as mandated by company policies and regulations.
• Uphold professional ethics and compliance with HIPAA and relevant laws.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides, following state practice acts and company policies.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and continuing education to advance clinical skills.
