RN Denials Management Associate Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Manager RN Denials Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations of the team to ensure efficient payer denial and appeal reviews

Supervise team members, providing clinical expertise and identifying educational needs

Develop leadership skills among staff and manage daily operational resources

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Registered Nurse (R.N.) licensure in the state of practice

At least 5 years of clinical nursing or related experience

Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports

Experience in federal, state, and commercial reimbursement processes
