Manufacturing Supervisor

Summary :

A heavy equipment / structural steel manufacturer is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Pompano Beach to direct the top-to-bottom manufacturing process compiled of 10-12 welders fabricators (polishers) a painter and shipping / receiving personnel. You will assess how much time is readily available to manufacture a project thus addressing to the team who needs to get what work done in the given amount of time to complete the project on time.

Responsibilities :

• Create action plans lay out the plan for the day week etc
• Assess how much time is required to complete projects make changes if necessary communicate this with team
• Allocate work based on how much time is available for each manufacturing project and communicate this with the team
• Provide schedules and instructions to team of 10-12
