Head of Field Marketing & Partnerships role at MEGA
We’re hiring a Head of Field Marketing & Partnerships to build a new growth channel for Mega from the ground up.
You’ll be the owner of events, field marketing, and partnerships, finding the right associations, trade groups, and channel partners and turning them into a reliable, scalable source of pipeline. This is a high‑ownership IC role with the opportunity to grow into a team‑building leadership role.
The Role
- Build and execute the full field marketing and partnerships strategy from event sourcing to booth design to follow‑up campaigns.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with trade associations, channel partners, and SMB‑focused organizations.
- Attend events, run BD conversations, and build repeatable outbound + on‑site playbooks that drive qualified leads.
- Collaborate with sales to define qualification, track performance, and accelerate the deals sourced from your programs.
- Own a growth number : we expect 20%+ of closed‑won deals to come from this channel within your first year.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you’ll have built Mega’s events + partnerships engine from zero to a meaningful, predictable revenue channel.
You’ll consistently generate qualified leads, understand which venues and partners convert, and systematize the playbook so it can scale. You’ll run independently with minimal oversight and outperform by shipping programs weekly rather than planning for months.
