About the Role

We're hiring an AI Product Lead-a builder who pairs deep engineering chops with product instinct. You'll drive roadmap & execution for Trovo's AI coordinator, collaborate closely with our AI / ML and software engineers day-to-day. Expect to decide what we build next, guide how we build it, and integrate external components that accelerate time-to-value.

This role is ideal for a health-tech problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of execution and systems thinking, being able to turn complex clinical and operational challenges to thoughtful product experiences.

Target compensation for this role is $200-$250k+, plus equity.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI product strategy & roadmap. Turn high-level goals into a sequenced plan of features, models, and partnerships that deliver measurable clinical and business impact.
• Translate ambiguity into clear requirements for engineers , balancing near-term deliverables with the bigger platform vision.
• Lead discovery & user research. Interview clinicians, map workflows, analyze data, and distill learnings into validated requirements.
• Guide the development lifecycle. Write specs, prioritize backlogs, run sprint rituals, and partner with design, engineering, and ML to ship high-quality features.
• Make AI understandable. Translate complex AI / ML concepts into crisp narratives for teammates, customers, and executives.
• Drive patient & client value . Work with clients to understand feedback, implement new products, and demonstrate value
• Stay hands-on . Understand our technology and latest tooling at a deep level. Prototype new concepts as needed.
