The Programmer Analyst II's role is to develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications in support of business requirements. This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. The Programmer Analyst II will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.

Major / Essential Functions

• Assist in developing and maintaining software, scripts, and control systems that support classroom and instructional technologies.
• Troubleshoot programming and system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Create, modify, and test scripts for automation and integration of classroom systems.
• Support and update networked classroom technologies and perform basic system configuration.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with system testing and version control.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area plus one (1) year related full-time paid experience OR a combination of related education and / or experience to equal five (5) years.

It will require background checks, including, but not limited to, criminal history and other security-related screenings. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of these checks.
