Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

Greetings

I have an immediate need for NP to assist FT with clinic below If you are interested please send me your cv and let me know when your available

Highlights :

Specialty : Primary Care / Geriatrics

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 3 months (possible extension)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Patient Volume :

6-8 home visits per day

14-16 patients per day in the clinic

Responsibilities :

Provide basic primary care services

Manage chronic care patients

Collaborate on treatment planning

Qualifications :

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner

DEA certification

Experience treating Medicare and Medicaid patients preferred

Active Texas state licensure (candidates willing to apply for licensure in TX are welcome)
