Overview

As a Lead Solution Architect within our Data & AI Practice, youll leverage a client-centric approach to understand our clients challenges and opportunities to deliver solutions and services that make transformative change and deliver high-value business outcomes. Youll engage in solutioning and support on strategic opportunities, intervene in high-risk complex deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction using data platforms, reporting, self-service analytics, real time intelligence and AI engineering. Using the power of modern data platforms, visualizations, advanced analytics, machine learning, IoT / Digital Twins and applied intelligence, we help clients gain business insights to optimize operations, drive innovation, and make more empowered decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and engage on strategic opportunities, shaping high-level design and roadmaps for data platforms, reporting, real-time intelligence and AI engineering.
• Provide technical leadership on client projects, collaborating with delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive architectural decisions, plans, and design artifacts.
• Contribute to sales by shaping proposals, estimates, and contractual details in collaboration with other subject matter experts.
• Mentor and coach more junior colleagues and contribute to Avanades technical community.
• Translate complex technical concepts into audience-appropriate language for senior business stakeholders and internal sales teams.
• Engage early with clients and sales to support origination, requirements capture, and solutioning, building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Drive best practices and methodologies for AI development, including data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Lead the development of data and analytics platforms, real-time intelligence and reporting solutions using Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure Data Services, Fabric and Databricks.
• Stay current with AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions.
• Identify cross-industry at-scale solutions for your region, including Data Migration, Automation Migration, Visualization / Reporting, and Data Platform Modernization and Governance.
• Support multi-year engagements and managed services for Data & AI initiatives.
