Responsibilities

• Deliver an extraordinary candidate experience for every applicant, regardless of outcome.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process : posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone / video screens, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, timelines, and interview expectations.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, and networking to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts while balancing competing priorities.
• Track and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure recruiting processes align with SCA requirements, cleared hiring protocols, and federal / state employment laws.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and virtual hiring initiatives to attract talent.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the TA function by sharing feedback and ideas.
• Provide reporting and updates on recruiting activity, pipelines, and KPIs as requested.
• Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.
