A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to enhance their GTM recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including sourcing and offer closing
Develop and maintain a proactive sourcing strategy to identify passive talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hires
Required Qualifications
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on GTM roles
Strong network and ability to engage passive candidates
Experience with Ashby or similar ATS for dashboards and reporting
Proven track record of building pipelines and improving recruiting processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment with ownership of outcomes
