RN / LPN 7p-7a!

The RN / LPN is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to a specified group of residents.  This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his / her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other professional employees for the Unit(s) assigned. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation.  He / She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers.

Qualifications :

• Dedicated to providing high quality care.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse.
• Demonstration of leadership ability.
• Displays caring attitude towards residents.
• Works well with people.
• Show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Demonstrates the ability to verbally communicate resident status / changes in condition.
• Demonstrates the ability to complete written communication required by State / Federal Regulatory Guidelines and Facility Policies.
