Job location will be at the Brandon Ace Hardware store.

Pay : 45,000 to 70,000 based on experience

Benefits : PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental insurance available, Flexible work hours, Cost plus 10% on merchandise, paid training, bonus pool opportunities.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Technician will be responsible for the safe and thorough diagnostic, service, and repair of all customer, B2B, and rental machines that come through our 6 store chain. Key goals for this role will include helping other technicians to keep days out to a reasonable number, while keeping the work area clean, and upholding a respectful work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for the efficient and thorough diagnosis of a variety of OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment) related issues.

This will include but not be limited to :

Battery Operated Equipment, Garden Tractors, Zero-Turn mowers, Walk Behind Mowers, String Trimmers, Chainsaws, Aerators, Dethachers, and much more.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Proper grammar will be required in all service notes.

Technician will need to be proficient using a computer

Strong organizational and time management skills
