Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy Dental Assistant or RDA to join our growing team. You will work closely with our doctor to assist with procedures, manage digital workflows, and help deliver the highest standard of care in a relaxed, spa-like setting.

What You'll Do :

• Chairside assisting during a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures
• Proficiently operate and maintain iTero scanner , CAD / CAM systems , and digital X-rays
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
• Educate patients on post-op instructions and oral hygiene
• Scan and assist with digital designs for crowns / inlays / onlays (CAD / CAM experience a plus)
• Support the front office as needed (appointment scheduling, verifying insurance, etc.)

Qualifications :

RDA or DA certification (California license required)

1+ year of experience in a general or cosmetic dental practice preferred

Comfortable with digital workflows, iTero scanning, and CAD / CAM preferred (willing to train the right person)

Excellent communication and chairside manner

Organized, dependable, and a team player

Passionate about patient care and creating a spa-like experience
