The Technical Writer will create, test and maintain the structured content templates and deployment materials leveraging the clients industry standards for effective information sharing. They will also be savvy in systems architecture and support these tools as a SME resource for deployment end users. The technical writer will also be required to work effectively with customers and internal partners to understand their needs and to identify opportunities / gaps with content plans or existing documentation. The candidate must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure that all written content is meeting the needs of a fast paced and constantly evolving business.
The ideal candidate demonstrates technical writing experience and process development in combination with the necessary skills to effectively support a high growth business. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical needs with the ability to build and convey scalable propositions in a written context. They will pursue opportunities to innovate the way we deliver content to project teams, striving to improve safety, quality and efficiency of our deployments.
Key job responsibilities
